Things to know for your vacation at Pension Oberreiter

Arrival & Departure

Rooms are usually ready for occupancy from 12 noon on the day of arrival. You are also welcome to deposit luggage beforehand. If you arrive after 9pm, we request that you notify us. On the day of departure please vacate the room by 10:30 am at the latest.

Dinner

We will be happy to arrange your dinner in our partner restaurants. Choose between themed buffet or 4-course menu with salad buffet.

Allergy equipment

Most rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers, so without carpet and feather beds. If necessary, please ask anyway, so that we can prepare the right room for you.

We ask for the balance on the eve of departure. Packages in cash or EC card, otherwise we are happy to accept your VISA or Mastercard.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay with us. We charge € 10,00 to 15,00 (depending on size) per day without food and ask you not to take the animal into the breakfast room and also not to leave it in the room during the day.

Local tax

The local tax of € 1,50 per night for persons over 15 years is charged separately.

Parking

Free parking directly at the house and a public parking lot fifty meters away. No reservation possible/necessary. For motorcycles there is a double garage, which is available free of charge depending on availability. Please make sure that the garage exit remains clear and do not park in the carports of neighboring houses.

Smoking

Pension Oberreiter is a non-smoking house. Still enjoy your cigarette in front of the house or on the balcony.

Sauna

Our winter price includes the use of the sauna after the arrival of the ski bus until dinner (about 16:00 to 20:00). In summer, individual sauna sessions for a fee. The infrared cabin for muscle relaxation is available to them free of charge around the clock. Due to the size of the wellness area, it may not always be possible to maintain minimum distances. In any case, the use is at your own health responsibility.

Sports equipment room

Please keep your sports equipment and shoes in the designated lockable and insured room with shoe and clothes warmer.

Our accommodating cancellation conditions for private bookings

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, thereafter the amount of the deposit (=price for 1 night).
